Duties

Responsible for providing operational support to activities who provides support to customers in various scheduled events and functions. Performs duties alone or as a member of a work crew. Responsible for conference room configuration, beginning with organizing tables, chairs, audio/video equipment from storage to actual setup of this furniture/equipment in accordance with established banquet/special event orders. Responsible for breakdown and proper storage of the equipment in an efficient and organized manner at the conclusion of an event. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
• Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
• A one year probationary period may be required.
• Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
• Availability and willingness to work a rotating shift which may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Satisfactorily complete all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3 to include a medical examination.
• Required to complete a Tier 1 background investigation for a Common Access Card for physical access to federal controlled facilities.

Qualifications

1. Three months of more of laboring experience is required. 2. The ability to use, control and clean tools and power equipment used on the job. 3. The ability to follow oral and/or written instructions involving duties with several distinct tasks or steps without constant supervision of each task assigned. This experience must be reflected on your resume to be considered eligible for this position.
