You will serve as a Management Analyst n the Warfighting Integration Division, Program Integration of DNI/DDNI OPNAV SUPPORT STAFF. Duty Station: Arlington, VA All Defense Intelligence positions under the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS) are in the excepted service by specific statute, 10 U.S.C. 1601. This position is in the excepted service and does not confer competitive status.

Duties

You will provide advice and support for manpower activities associated within the N2N6 portfolio of Information Warfare and Major Headquarters Activities programs. You will develop plans, policies, guidelines procedures and objectives to implement and maintain viable management and manpower programs. You will review and apply policies, directives and other issuances/guidance from higher authority relating to assigned program. You will provide full range of Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) management and related services. You will analyze the execution of management and manpower programs by reviewing reports and findings of studies.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Review and apply policies, directives and other issuances/guidance from higher authority relating to assigned programs and ensures completion of all required reports; 2) Develop plans, policies, guidelines, procedures, and objectives to program, implement, and maintain viable enterprise wide service-level manpower and training programs; 3) Provide the full range of Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) management, including use of Program Budget Information System (PBIS), to ensure fiscal responsibilities associated with Program Objective Memorandum (POM) development.
