Duties

As a/an Title Lead Grants Management Specialist (Team Leader), you will: Prepares reports and maintains records of work accomplishments and administrative information as required, and coordinates the preparation, presentation and communication of work related information to the Division Director. Maintain program and administrative reference materials, project files and relevant background documents and makes available policies, procedures and written instructions from the Division Director. Provide technical assistance to division staff in team-building methods and techniques to accomplish tasks and arranges for additional training when necessary for the accomplishment of specific individual or team tasks.

Requirements

Qualifications

You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement. For the GS-13, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes: Analyzing, evaluating and recommending solutions to policy and program issues; AND Facilitating working relationships among culturally diverse groups that administer and/or have an interest in Indian housing and/or community development issues; AND Reviewing grant applications and providing on-going technical assistance and training to grant recipients on program related issues. Experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis.
