The Incumbent serves as a Program Analyst in the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA), Assoc. Admin for Infrastructure (NA-90), Savannah River Acquisition and Project Management Office (NA-94). NA-94 currently oversees a multi-program portfolio of Savannah River Site projects which includes the Defense Program's (NA-10) Savannah River Plutonium Processing Facility (SRPPF) and Tritium Finishing Facility (TFF).

Qualifications

Specialized Experience: Experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the next lower grade level in the normal line of progression (NNSA pay band or GS grade level in the Federal service i.e., NQ-01 or GS-07). Specialized experience for this position is defined as: Experience reviewing the effectiveness, quality, timeliness, and efficiency of work requirements, processes, and implementation in activities conducted by agency leaders. Examples of Specialize Experience: 1. Experience applying analytical and evaluative methods and techniques sufficient to identify problems and implement corrective actions. 2. Experience analyzing and advising on the effectiveness of programs and operations or on the productivity and efficiency of management. To meet the basic qualification requirements at the NQ-0343-02 level (GS-09/11/12), applicants resume must demonstrate at least one full year of specialized experience at the NQ-01 (GS-07) level.

Education

GS-09: Applicants must have at least one (1) year of specialized experience at the next lower grade GS-07, or equivalent in other pay systems. Examples of specialized experience includes performing HR affirmative employment, recruitment, and placement principles, policies, practices, methods, and analytical techniques; performing employee relations concepts, case law, principles, practices, legal and regulatory requirements sufficient to perform analyses and draw conclusions on complex legal issues, problems, and situations, and advise managers regarding appropriate corrective techniques in response to a range of conduct and performance issues; and gathering facts and using effective, analytical, and evaluative methods to accurately assess information and make sound decisions. OR
EDUCATION:
Successfully completed at least two (2) years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to a master's degree or master's or equivalent graduate degree in a major directly related to the position of a Human Resources Specialist. COMBINATION OF EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION: combination of specialized experience and education as described above. Therefore, I have a combination of experience and education to meet the qualifications of the position. NOTE: You must submit a copy of your transcripts with your application.GS-11: Applicants must have at least one (1) year of specialized experience at the next lower grade GS-09, or equivalent. EDUCATION: S
uccessfully completed at least three (3) years of progressively higher- level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. degree or Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree in a major directly related to the position of a Human Resources Specialist. COMBINATION OF EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
