Performs one or more of the following duties: Scrubs, strips, waxes and polishes floors using heavy powered scrubbers and buffers.

Duties

Performs daily housekeeping duties which includes dusting, vacuuming and/or sweeping, cleaning/sanitizing bathrooms and kitchen area, trash removal, restocking of amenities Demonstrates a welcoming manner and effective communication skills Performs deep cleaning as required to include defrosting refrigerator, cleaning windows, Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Successful completion of National Agency Background (NACI) Check required.
• This position involves work on workdays and may involve weekends, and holidays, as well as rotating shifts.
• Physical exertion is involved in standing and walking for long periods, some bending, stooping and lifting is required.
• Must have ability to perform moderately strenuous physical labor as unassisted lifting, moving and carrying of supplies and equipment weighting up to 50 pounds is required.
• May be required to climb/descend stairs and properly placed stepladders.

Qualifications

This position is required to do considerable standing, bending, stooping, walking, pushing, climbing and lifting of objects weighing up to 40 pounds unassisted Employee works on an adjustable work schedule that will include; nights, weekends and holidays as well as regular day shift hours
