You will serve as a Supervisory Contract Specialist in the USMC, Marine Corps Systems Cmd of MARCORSYSCOM.

Duties

You will develop, plan, promulgates and interprets Department of Defense (DoD)/Department of Navy (DON) and Marine Corps (MC) regulations and polices. You will be responsible for assisting with PFM/PEO/PM strategic planning activities and helping to translate the Command's Strategic Plan into competency and PFM/PEO/PM level actions. You will identifies ways to improve production or increase the quality of work directed, and establishes deadlines and priorities for major projects. You will identify training, conducts on-the-job training as required, develops strategies as required within the division. You will plan work to be accomplished by subordinates, sets and adjusts priorities, evaluates work performance of subordinates, gives advice or instruction to employees, identifies developmental and training needs for employees.

• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
