You will serve as a SECURITY SPECIALIST in the EXPLOSIVE ORDINANCE DISPOSAL GROUP for the DEPARTMENT OF THE NAVY of EXPLSV ORD DISP GROUP TWO.
Duties
You will supervise and manage all aspects of 3M administration for all EODGRU TWO commands and its work centers.
You will review MDS submissions for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
You will ensure that all #M submissions are made and MDS data is revised, returned and resubmitted in a timely manner.
You will ensure that 3M Systems installations are current.
You will oversee command maintenance managers and ensure that 3M documentations is accurate and submitted on a timely basis.
You will ensure that all subordinate command 3M documents reflect equipment inventories to ensure the integrity of the Consolidated Shipboard/Shore based Allowance List (COSAL).
You will conduct organizational research and gather reference material and perform a full-scale PMS review for EODGRU TWO forces.
You will conduct comparison analyses between the Table of Allowance (TOA) and the EDOGRU TWO inventory utilizing authoritative databases.
You will conduct research and identify equipment that requires a Repairable Identification Code (RIC).
You will research alternative opportunities or coordinate the development of the RIC with the Type Commander (TYCOM) or appropriate SYSCOM.
You will monitor EODGRU TWO Feedback Reports that are routed to NECC.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience with and comprehensive knowledge of the Department of Defense, Department of the Navy U.S. Fleet Forces and TYCOM regulations, procedures, and requirements as it relates to maintenance and material management.
Experience with EOD and MDSU operational capabilities, requirements and technical standards for EOD and MDSU mission sets; to include detailed knowledge of EOD and MDSU equipment their usage and sustainment.
Experience with expeditionary OTA's, their development, maintenance and application to equipping MDSU operational capabilities.
Experience interpreting reports and communicating facts and recommendations.
Experience with the technical standards for EOD and MDSU mission sets.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree.
or
3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree.
or
LL.M., if related.
