Duties

This position is located under the Property and Fleet Management Section, Materiel Management Branch (MMB), Property, Acquisition and Safety Division (PASD), Office of Management (OM), Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) in Washington, District of Columbia. As a Logistics Management Specialist (Fleet Manager), GS-0346-13, some of your duties may include:

Qualifications

To qualify for 13, candidates must also have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level GS-12. This is a non-bargaining unit position. Additional Conditions of Employment: GS-13 - You qualify if you possess one year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal, State, or Local government or equivalent public or private sector experience, performing the following duties: Planning, directing, and coordinating management studies and surveys AND Advising senior level management on the effectiveness of property management, and analyzing and developing budgetary justifications related to the Bureau's budget processes AND Developing detailed plans, goals, and objectives for the long-range administration and evaluation of the Property Management Program. Substitution of education in lieu of specialized experience may not be used for this grade level.
