You will serve as a Program Analyst (Regional Program Director) of COMNAVREG SE JAX.
Duties
You will establish metric and analysis systems to assess efficiency, effectiveness, or compliance with procedures for organizational programs.
You will conduct briefings to recommend improvement of program operations or objectives.
You will write reports to provide status updates.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Interpreting one or more shore installation programs, including real estate, facilities and/or environmental planning principles, utilities, transportation, programming, design, construction, or repair and maintenance. Interpreting missions and their linkage to shore requirements, in order to manage and/or direct the development of long-range, intermediate and short-term program plans; Interpreting Public Works Department organizations and/or the facilities programs functions performed therein, including the relationship with other departments that are involved in the various facility program(s) process; Programming, planning, and/or budgeting system as it applies to the assigned facility program(s); Communicating orally and in writing, and/or skill in compiling, analyzing and presenting data.
