You will serve as a MEDICAL EQUIPMENT REPAIRER in the Naval Ophthalmic Readiness Activity (NORA) of NAVOPHTHALSUPPTRACT VA.

Duties

You will be responsible for maintaining all surface/finish department ophthalmic fabrication machines. You will ensure procedures and protocols are followed and verify maintenance criteria is appropriately documented per directives and regulations. You will report on the status of projects, and advises Director of Production of any unresolved operational and/or personnel problems and propose solutions. You will provide technical and on the job training, monitor worker performances, assuring subordinates demonstrate knowledge and ability to correctly perform specific job tasks.
