Duties
As an Program Analyst at the NH-0343-3 level, some of your typical work assignments may include:
Mission Director leading planning, design & execution of Wargames & Exercises in assigned Area Of Responsibility meeting objectives for assigned events.
Lead a diverse team of civilian, military & contractor personnel from across the Department of Defense.

Qualifications
You may qualify at the NH-03 level if you fulfill the following qualifications:
A. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-02/GS-11 grade level in the Federal service:
Managing engineering test programs of complex weapon systems for organization.
Consulting on weapons systems testing, sub-systems, and components.
Advising on the integration of weapon systems.
Reviewing test concepts, policies, and standards of missile defense system ground tests
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
Education
Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
