You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PRODUCTION CONTROLLER in the REQUIREMENTS BRANCH WORK CONTROL, PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT of NAVFAC NORTHWEST.

Duties

You will be responsible for the overall supervision, organization, training, planning, operation, and control of personnel, professional equipment and materials of the Work Control Group(WCG). You will assign work to be accomplished by subordinates, set priorities and prepare schedules for completion and quality of work. You will develop performance standards and routinely review job descriptions of subordinates for currency and accuracy. You will identify development and training needs, informal and formal, of employees. You will develop acquisition strategy. You will manage data integrity in (CMMS) and associated E-Systems. You will create and use reports to track the progress and status of work through PWD using MAXIMO and other NAVFAC e-systems.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
