About the Position: This position is located at the US Army Training and Doctrine Command US Army Aviation Center of Excellence USAACE G3 - JBLE Resident Training Management Division, Fort Eustis, VA.

Duties

Serve as Project Officer for unique projects and reports. Serve as the Senior Program Analyst for USAACS G3 at Joint Base Langley-Eustis to program and manage the Army Aviation Maintenance Training. Serve as primary Action Officer for the Digital Training Management System (DTMS). Recommend and justify major reprogramming actions to the Division Chief and/or G3.

  • SUITABILITY/FITNESS DETERMINATION - Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • SECRET CLEARANCE - This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment.

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11). Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
