This position is located at Fort Campbell, KY, Community Recreation, Engraving. Duties

In a patron usage facility, circulates among patrons to assure service is satisfactory; receives and resolves customer complaints; provides information and general instructions on the use of equipment, facilitates and machinery. Operates Engraving, Sublimation, Commercial Embroidery Machine, and a 3D Printer. Works with customers and creates artwork on custom orders. Leads the work of other employees. Passes on to other workers instructions received from the supervisor and starts work. Distributes and balances work- load assuring that each employee has enough work to keep busy. Answers questions of other employees on procedures, policies, and directives. Provides leadership, guidance and oversight in program operations. Provides on-the job training to new employees. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
• A one year probationary period may be required.
• Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
• Must be able to work during the hours of operation to include nights, weekends, and holidays. Business hours of operation are Tuesday-Friday 0900-1700.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Work experience, which involved dealing with general public. Highly Qualified candidates will have the following: Knowledge and/or experience operating Commercial Embroidery machines and 3D Printers Excellent job efficiency skills to meet tight deadlines for large orders. **Applicants that meet the Highly Preferred criteria will be referred to management for consideration first.
