About the Position: Supports the Civil Works Project Management Section staff tasked with the management and oversight of complex projects in a regional multi-million-dollar program. The Program consists of Civil Works projects funded by both regular appropriations and supplemental appropriations.

Duties

Leads Civil Works Project Management Branch staff to ensure uniformity of management processes, data handling and application of the Project Management Automated Information Systems and reporting for District programs. Performs broad-scope and long range program and project management analyses for the District programs to establish new business processes. Performs complex scheduling for Investigations and Construction appropriations projects. Provide technical data to establish, maintain and report on project execution in accordance with the HQUSACE Annual Execution Engineering Circular for Civil Works Project Management Branch.

Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
