About the Position: Serves as Human Resources Program Manager with responsibility for management, oversight and integration of a variety of programs designed to support the well-being and personal development of the Soldiers, Civilian employees, Family members and others who comprise the installation/garrison community.

Duties

Applies an extensive knowledge of management concepts, principles, and practices as well as a general knowledge of the methods, practices, and processes associated with the diverse work of the organization. Advises on implementation of policies and programs to the Garrison Commander (GC), and the Deputy to the Garrison Commander (DGC) Programs include: Military Personnel (MILPER). As a principal staff advisor to the GC/DGC/, participates in developing and executing the garrison strategic plan for all managed programs consistent with IMCOM program goals and objectives. Keeps abreast of new developments and regulatory guidance from Headquarters and Region.

Requirements

  • This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment.
