This position is in the Division of Logistics Support, Office of Ship Operations, Office of the Deputy Associate Administrator for Federal Sealift, Office of the Associate Administrator for Strategic Sealift, Maritime Administration (MARAD).

Qualifications
To meet the minimum qualifications for this position, you must meet the specialized experience qualifications for the grade at which you are requesting consideration.To qualify for the Grade 12, you must have at least one year of experience equal or equivalent to the GS-11 it must include:
Experience in supply support logistics, including procurement, shipment supervision, and/or warehouse management.
Experience in verifying inventory counts, identifying and resolving item discrepancies, and uploading inventory data into a supply system.
Experience in advising on developments in logistics management regulations, policies, or procedures.
To qualify for the Grade 13, you must have at least one year of experience equal or equivalent to the GS-12, it must include:
Experience in planning, coordinating, and monitoring logistical activities to facilitate the repair and modification of equipment or assets.
Experience in evaluating and making recommendations concerning plans and proposals for internal and external supply and logistics management projects or programs.
Experience in representing an organization in policy and/or operational matters at meetings, discussions, task groups, or other gatherings involved with logistic support.

Organizational Performance Analysis - Knowledge of the methods, techniques, and tools used to analyze program, organizational, and mission performance; includes methods that deliver key performance information (for example, comparative, trend, diagnostic, root cause, predictive) used to inform decisions, actions, communications, and accountability systems
