Duties
You will perform a variety of duties related to the review of on-site plans and sketches and projects involving repair, maintenance, and utilities.
You will attend various pre-construction and pre-performance meetings in support of facility repair and maintenance projects.
You will coordinate inspection of construction projects, reviewing quality and adequacy of materials, workmanship, procedures, and processes.

Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
- Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

Qualifications
GS-11:
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-10) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: measuring, inspecting, surveying, monitoring, reviewing, analyzing, and preparing documentation of structural, mechanical, and electrical systems and facilities.
GS-10: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing inspections of repairs, maintenance actions, construction, or modification of structural, mechanical, and electrical systems or facilities.
