You will serve as a SECURITY ASSISTANT in the TACTICAL TRAINING GROUP PACIFIC of TACTICAL TRAINING GROUP PACIFIC.
Duties
You will maintain security databases and master files of all incoming security clearance data for meetings, courses of instruction, and other classified visits.
You will serve as the primary visit control coordinator for meetings and conferences.
You will oversee all day to day badging, vehicle passes, and visit control activities.
You will act as the liaison between customers and access control systems.
You will monitor the building and arrange routine maintenance, acting as a conduit between building tenants and public works.
Requirements

- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing administrative support utilizing office automation systems to maintain security databases, issue security badges, and provide customer service to visitors needing access to restricted zones.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
Successfully completed one full year of graduate level education that is directly related to the position being filled.
OR
A combination of experience and education as described above that equates to one year of experience. Percentage of the required education plus percentage of the required experience equal one hundred percent.
