Duties
Maintains, adjusts, and repairs a variety of bowling equipment having mechanical, electrical and electronic parts, components and assemblies.
Diagnoses equipment malfunctions, but referring to manufacturer's diagrams and specifications, schematics, and writing diagrams using test equipment such as continuity testers, voltmeters, ohmmeters and feeler gages.
Conducts operational checks, visually checking for worn or damaged parts, traces wiring, disassembles, and makes necessary adjustments, repairs or replaces defective parts, cleans, lubricates and reassembles the equipment.
Follows preventive schedules.
Repairs cracks, chips and splinters in the bowling pins and lanes, using wood plastic and lane stock, sands surfaces and recoat the with appropriate finishes.
Requirements

- A one year probationary period may be required.
- Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
- Satisfactory completion of pre-employment background checks in accordance with AR215-3, para.2 to include a Tier 1 background investigation.
- Physical Effort: Work involves frequent lifting and carrying parts and assemblies weighing up to 40 pounds. Occasionally may push or pull larger assemblies weighing up to 100 pounds.
- Work requires frequent bending, climbing, reaching, stooping, standing and working in awkward positions.
- Working conditions: Work indoors in well lighted, air conditioned, and heated facility. Work area is usually noisy, particularly during league games.
- Physical exam is required.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
1. Work experience directly to the duties descibe abive.
2. Knowledge of electricl princples and opertaiong characteristics of electrical and electronic components for application as in the duties described.
Highly Preferred:
Must possess two (2) years of professional experience maintaining, troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing various mechanical and electrical issues specific to Bowling Equipment.
