About the Position: Provide assistance to Planning, Programs and Project Management Division (P3MD) by performing a variety of administrative assignments involving project support functions, project controls tasks,property, supplies, personnel and manpower functions.
Duties
Support branch chiefs on manpower and personnel functions.
Support branch and division personnel recruitment and onboarding.
Maintain organizational structure and manning documents.
Monitor Division manning.
Procure supplies and durables for Division operation.
Serve as alternate training point of contact.
Assist in the management of District Conferences across programs.
Requirements

In order to qualify, you must meet the requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes the management of personnel actions in support of an organization to include recruitment, reassignment, realignment, change in grade, change in pay, or other change in personnel status. Candidate has specialized experience in the procurement and accountability of supplies, durable and non-expendable property using standard Army/DOD/Federal systems for items such as computers, office automation, testing and measurement devices and other similar equipment to include the scheduled replacement and disposal of obsolescent systems and equipment. Candidate has experience in the coordination of services to include minor contracts for office and administrative support such as delivery and install of office furniture or records management.

Education: One full year of graduate level education in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position, such as Business/Public Management.

Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) by 18. Add the two percentages.
This position requires a typing proficiency of at least 40 words per minute (WPM) based on a 5-minute sample with 3 or fewer errors.

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-06).
