Duties
-Tracks service and supply contracts, inter/intra agency agreements/grants agreements/TSC funding agreements/service agreements and miscellaneous obligations.
-Prepares, retrieves, and maintains monthly fund utilization reports, reviews monthly financial reports, and makes corrections.
-Participates in the formulation, justification, and execution of OTAO's multi-year budget.
-Provides support to the Budget Analyst in reviewing FBMS reports, fund utilization reports, and other financial reports to ensure they are accurate.
-Utilizes computer systems, programs, and complex mathematical calculations required to prepare budget/financial supporting material.
Qualifications

GS-05:
Specialized Experience: One full year of specialized experience equivalent in responsibility and scope to the GS-04 level. Specialized experience must include experience providing clerical support for an office and utilizing automated systems to collect financial or budgetary data.
OR
Education: Successful completion of 4 years of education above the high-school level, in any field.
OR
A combination of experience and education.
GS-06:
Specialized Experience: One full year of specialized experience equivalent in responsibility and scope to the GS-05 level. Specialized experience must include experience providing clerical support for an office; utilizing automated systems to collect and maintain financial or budgetary data; and assisting with preparation of financial or budgetary documents.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
You must meet all Eligibility and Qualification requirements, including any selective placement factors if applicable, by 11/06/2023.
Education
This vacancy announcement allows substituting education for experience at the GS-05 grade level. Applicants must submit a copy of college transcript(s) (unofficial copy is acceptable) to support claimed education if substituting education for experience. Transcripts must include the name of the college or university and date the degree was conferred. A typed list of courses, grades, semester/quarter hours, GPA, etc. will not be accepted. Non-submission may result in being rated not-qualified for the position.
