You will serve as a INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENT MECHANIC SUPERVISOR in the TEMPORARY SERVICES SHOP in the PRODUCTION RESOURCES DEPARTMENT of PORTSMOUTH NAVAL SHIPYARD.

Duties

You will serve as a fulltime, first-line supervisor. You will plan sequence of operations, inspection, maintenance, and work steps of employees supervised. You will instruct workers and determine the most efficient use of tools, materials, ad equipment. You will plan division of workload among employees and assign work to subordinates.
