You will serve as a PUBLIC AFFAIRS SPECIALIST in the Office of U.S. Marine Corps Communication (OUSMCC) of HQ US MARINE CORPS.
Duties
You will research and prepare a variety of communication.
You will establish continuing relationships with local, regional, national, and international trademark licensing and marketing sources.
You will assist the Trademark Licensing Program in planning and executing the command licensing strategy.
You will evaluate and advise management officials on specific courses of action to follow in making public announcements.

Qualifications
GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: maintaining effective relationships with trademark licensing partners and communities to effect positive pre-dispositions concerning U.S. Trademark Licensing Office AND assisting with matters of administrative, financial, and personnel management planning and execution.

Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree

3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
