About the Position: This position is located at Patrick AFB.

Duties

Provide benefit briefings to eligible beneficiaries at various installation functions such as military retirement briefings, newcomers briefings, commanders calls, and spouse orientations. Troubleshoot and resolve problems for TRICARE beneficiaries and providers. Provide advisory services on benefits offered through the TRICARE program. Provide information and assistance based upon personal, written, or telephone inquiries concerning both inpatient and outpatient medical are from civilian sources under the TRICARE program. Serve as the point of contact on matters relating to health benefits programs available to eligible beneficiaries. Provide guidance concerning TRICARE rights, benefits, and obligations.

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• A Personnel Security Investigation is required.
