You will serve as a General Supply Specialist in the Aviation Allowance Division, Aviation Allowance & Outfitting Department of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT in Philadelphia PA.

Duties

You will serve as a central point of contact regarding retail allowance processing. You will be responsible for the computation, analysis, and delivery of fleet outfitting requirements for both afloat and ashore activities. You will ensure stock levels are in compliance with DoD regulations and meets readiness goals. You will recommend supply methods to meet special needs of peculiar aircraft weapon systems. You will coordinate supply support efforts with integrated weapon systems teams to ensure fleet requirements are adequately supported.

Requirements

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-09) or bay band in the federal service or equivalent in the private or public sector applying a thorough knowledge of the aviation allowance process and in-depth knowledge of the ERP business rules as they relate to allowancing and outfitting. I have experience providing continued analysis using various related databases and tools for the purpose of improving retail fleet aviation support. Examples of specialized experience include: 1) Development, analysis, and maintenance of retail aviation allowance products; 2) Comprehensive knowledge of aviation allowance related tools and systems including Readiness Suite and Navy ERP; 3) Analysis and development of solutions for complex retail aviation logistics challenges; 4) Overseeing the development and training of team members. Education Substitution for Experience at the GS-11 Level:

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

OR possess a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree.
OR possess a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree.
OR possess an LL.M., if related.
OR a combination of graduate education and experience as described above that equates to one year of experience.
