What are we looking for?Must have a minimum of three years¿ experience in, or related to, career planning, employment services, personal financial management, direct advisement of students, curriculum design, and/or instructing.  Ability to communicate effectively (writing, listening, speaking).Ability to work independently and follow-through on assigned tasks.Knowledge of human behavior and performance; individual differences in ability, personality, and interests, learning and motivation.Must be able to operate a personal computer, printer, etc., and have current knowledge in various office computer programs and software applications.Ability to evaluate, plan, and implement training systems for both in classroom and online instruction and delivery.  Experience in education, career and personal financial management development strategies for diverse higher education populations is preferred.  Experience in resume writing is preferred.
