About the Position: The Integrated Logistics Support Center (ILSC) provides global logistics support for Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) systems and equipment through rapid acquisition, maintenance, production, fielding, new equipment training, operations and sustainment to meet the Army's Reset and Readiness goals in support of Army and coalition forces.

Duties

Provide interim and final checks on Functional Support Agreements submitted by divisions for adequacy, consistency with previous experience, assignment of functions, dollar guidance and conformity with established procedures and guidance. Advise directorate officials on new and emerging management concepts and their relationship to the directorate’s manpower, human and financial resources. Manages budget, tracks financial documents and expenditures for respective program, keeping team lead and supervisor informed. Participates in the formulation of project plans to establish realistic time schedules, resource requirements, milestones and accomplishments. Monitors and performs detailed analyses of program progress and utilization of funding and manpower resources.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • This position requires temporary duty (TDY) travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Appointment to this position is subject to a one year probationary period unless the appointee has previously met the requirements as described in 5 CFR Part 315.
  • Must obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Additional information about transcripts is in this document. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-02/GS-11 level in the Federal service which includes 1.) Managing organizational budget, financial documents and expenditures; 2.) Developing spreadsheets of organizational funds; 3.)Analyze fiscal resources for assigned programs.
