You will serve as a CARGO SCHEDULER in the G-3/5, ENTERPRISE DISTRIBUTION DIVISION of MARINE CORPS LOGISTICS COMMAND.

Duties
You will utilize the financial Air clearance Tracking Systems (FACTS), to monitor costs, divert cargo, monitor, an update Movement Authorization Management (MAM).
You will provide GREEN and PURPLE sheet process actions, and clear shipments for air transport.
You will engage US Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM), counterparts to facilitate diverted shipment through strategic seaports, as well as ensure that associate truck and rail actions are scheduled accordingly.
You will act as Primary cargo planning and scheduling representative for the Marine Corps Enterprise.
You will collect, analyze and present date associated with key strategic transportation nodes.
You will clearly and effectively articulate, present, and promote varied information, data and ideas before Division Director and Deputy and clarify information as needed.
Requirements

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or Final Secret security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements. Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required. May be required to work overtime.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card with travel and purchase authority.
- This position is eligible for situational telework.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-08) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Provides scheduling, booking, and sequencing of cargo, freight, and passengers moving through key strategic nodes both in the continental United States (CONUS) and Outside the Continental United (OCONUS).

Education
In lieu of specialized experience listed in the Qualifications section, applicants may qualify based on equivalent combination of education and experience, as follows:
Successfully completed a master's or equivalent graduate degree.
OR
Successfully completed two full years of progressively higher graduate level education leading to a master's degree.
OR
A combination of experience and education as described above that equates to one year of experience. The percentage of the required education plus the percentage of the required experience equal one hundred percent
