Duties
Performs a combination of routine and multiple and varying assignments under the general direction of a manager, project/program manager, team leader, or more experienced professional. Acts as an individual contributor and/or a member of a team for projects/programs within a defined area of responsibility. Performs, monitors and tracks a variety of administrative tasks in implementing an office's administrative programs, policies, and procedures.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: To qualify for this position you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year (52) weeks of specialized experience equivalent to the FV-F (GS/FG-5-9) level that demonstrates the ability to perform successfully the duties of the position and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position.For this position, specialized experience is: Collaborating with supervisors, managers, and administrative staff using planning, developing, monitoring, and execution skills to resolve specific problems in the administrative program areas covered by the position i.e. personnel management, travel, time and attendance, records management, etc.Qualification requirements must be met by the closing date of this vacancy announcement
Education
SUBSTITUTION OF EDUCATION for the G Band: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree. Education may be combined with experience to meet the one year required specialized experience.
Foreign education must be evaluated by a private professional organization specializing in interpretation of foreign education credentials or an accredited US educational institution in terms of equivalency to a degree acquired at an American college or university. A copy of the evaluation results must be included, otherwise your foreign education will not be considered.
To qualify based on education, you must upload or fax a copy of your college or university transcripts or certificates at time of application. Failure to do so will result in loss of consideration.
