Duties
This position is located under the Office of Field Operations, Boston Field Division & Nashville Field Division in Boston, Massachusetts and Franklin, Tennessee.
Qualifications
To qualify for GS-13, candidates must also have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level GS-12.
Additional Conditions of Employment:
GS-13 - You qualify if you possess one year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal, State, or Local government or equivalent public or private sector experience, performing the following duties:
Planning, organizing and developing programs for and determining effective dissemination of information through appropriate mass communications media; and
Responding to unscheduled media inquiries concerning ongoing investigations, conducting press conferences, arranging interviews, resolving complaints in general; and
Providing specialized training for specific division needs.
Experience must be in the normal line of progression or must be related to the work of the position advertised and must be reflected in resume.
