Qualifications

What are we looking for?Must be at least 16 years old.Six months of experience as a pool lifeguard is preferred.Possess current nationally recognized certifications: Lifeguard training, CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer or equivalent, Standard First Aid or equivalent.Must be able to pass an initial and recurrent physical ability test.Must be able to obtain and maintain a Tier 1 (T1) level Childcare background check, which is required for positions that involve working with children.
