About the Position: Serves as a Program Analyst for the Real Estate program in the Task Force VIPR, providing complex and substantive management support services in the areas of program cost analysis, annual, multi-year, and long-range fiscal planning for the organization using financial management tools including the Corps of Engineers Financial Management System (CEFMS) and P2.
Duties
Participates in the coordination, acquisition, allocation, and utilization of manpower, materials, and funding needed to accomplish assigned mission of the Real Estate program in an assigned geographical area.
Reviewing numerous Real Estate standard operating procedures to provide technical guidance on program statistics and budgeting for organization components of the Division within the State of Florida, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands.
The incumbent must function as a subject matter expert in the position to interact at both regional and national levels with higher graded program managers.

- This position requires Temporary Duty Travel (TDY) of at least 10% of the duty time.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes 1) Providing complex and substantive management support services in the areas of program cost analysis, annual, multi-year, and long-range fiscal planning for the organization using financial management tools including the Corps of Engineers Financial Management System (CEFMS) and P2. 2) Participating in the coordination, acquisition, allocation, and utilization of manpower, materials, and funding needed to accomplish assigned mission of the Real Estate program in an assigned geographical area. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
