About the position: This position will be assigned to The Dive, Naval Weapons Station, Goose Creek, SC.

Duties

Supervises the economic and efficient operation of a standalone food and bar facility. Directs and supervises the day to day operations which provides, food, beverage and live entertainment targeted at a university aged audience. Implements a food service program formulated at the Club operations level. Formulates and implements beverage program. Implements and formulates in­ house programming and live entertainment. Communicates the policies and objectives of the Air Force management to supervisor and non-supervisory personnel. Performs all related duties required to maintaining an effective food, beverage and live entertainment operation. Duties includes but not limited to, all aspects of staffing, administering a customer focused food and beverage program and entertainment coordination. Performs Other related duties as assigned. Qualifying Experience: Must have at least two years' experience that demonstrates direct supervision and management of a high traffic food beverage and live entertainment venue. Direct creditable experience in food beverage inventory management, customer service, and entertainment coordination is required. Individual must be able to demonstrate verbal, written and interpersonal skills supporting interaction with the military community. Must also possess experience which provides knowledge of cash handling procedures and sales operations such as; receipt, disbursement, examination, deposit and use of restaurant based accountability systems. Must have experience which demonstrates ability to supervise employees and knowledge of fire, safety, and health regulations. Must be able to communicate with customers and possess skill in dealing with the public. Must be able to satisfactorily complete a Tier One Background Investigation. Education
