This position is located with at the Aurora Community Activity Center, to include Fahrenheit Bar and Grille, on Fort Greely, Alaska.
Eligible for 3.53% COLA.

Duties
Develops, recommends and enforces operating procedures.
Conducts customer surveys, reviews usage/sales to make recommendations concerning services, promotion activities and revenue improvements.
Evaluates financial statements, reviewing costs against revenues, advising supervisors of status and recommending improvements in merchandise lines, marketing, etc.
Supervises assigned staff.
Requirements

Qualifications
Work experience or education* directly related to the duties to be performed.

Possess experience providing oversight and management of Food and Beverage Operations.
Possess experience in researching and developing policies with emphasis on program planning and standards.
Possess experience with the development of strategic program plans, assess program standards and procedures, analyzes for effectiveness, recommends appropriate changes and conducts actual execution for the designated program.
Possess experience in performing comparative analyses, compares programs to the best in the industry, and develops reports outlining areas in need of improvement.
Possess experience building and executing a budget - funded through appropriated and non-appropriated funds.
Possess experience in sufficient internal control mechanisms installed for Food and Beverage to include breakfast, lunch, dinner, catering, bar operations within the Directorate of Family and MWR.
Possess experience of in-depth knowledge in utilizing rectrac, foodtrak, and webtrac.
Possess experience in implementing innovative programs to meet future needs, including development and support of contingency operations for mobilization and demobilization.
Possess experience in reviewing program priorities and developing five year plans covering projected programs of personnel, funds and facilities.
