This National Guard position is for a Management Analyst (Title 5), Position Description Number T5183000 and is part of the G4 with the Utah Army National Guard, located in Draper UT. Priority will be given to all current, onboard employees of the UTNG. The selecting supervisor is Mr. John Lloyd .

Minimum Requirements: Have experience, education, or training in administrative, professional, investigative, technical or other responsible work which demonstrates analytical ability and a practical and theoretical knowledge of the functions, processes and principles of management. Experience using computer and automation systems. Specialized Experience: Have at least 1 (one) year as a GS-0343-7? *must submit SF50* OR have at least 24 months experience which has provided a working knowledge of the National Guard organizational structures, functions, procedures, and techniques. Experience analyzing, interpreting and developing policies and procedures of local management. And shown ability to identify such problems as to work flow and processes, distribution, forms and record keeping, span of control, staffing ratios, and organizational structure.
