Duties

You will research and prepare material in a wide variety of formats in support of the administrative and management function of the office. You will develop a spreadsheet to maintain information for an office. You will clarify guidance for administrative support. You will compose correspondence from handwritten or electronic drafts using rules of grammar, punctuation, spelling, and format. You will maintain a record keeping system for accountability of supply distribution.

Qualifications

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) The incumbent is responsible for correct spelling and punctuation, editing of material into proper format, and ensuring clarity of presentation and grammatical correctness. 2) Incumbent provides assistance to entire workforce for various work-related issues or situations. Follows up on administrative issues to ensure resolution. 3) Maintains and coordinates calendars for Public Work Office (PWO), Deputy Public Work Office (DPWO), Business Line Leader (BLL), Support Line Leader (SLL) sets up conference rooms, prepares correspondence, and other necessary duties that may be secretarial in nature. 4) Updates and maintains personnel files, as required, to include gathering and filling employee information and providing information when requested by the employee or management on a need-to-know basis.
