About the Position: Serves as a Program Manager, managing, planning, scoping, and direction of major projects within a Planning Division program area by applying an extensive knowledge of management concepts, principles, methods, and practices.

Duties

Develop plans of study for environmental, cultural, and water resources to support Military and Civil Works planning and technical studies and projects. Prepare technical documents describing environmental, cultural, and water resources evaluation of alternatives and recommendations to support Military and Civil Works planning and technical studies and projects. Brief superiors, public, government agencies and others on study progress, environmental, cultural, and water resources policy, or technical matters. Review Military and Civil Works planning documents for technical accuracy and adherence to relevant environmental, cultural, and water resources guidance and policy. Provide comprehensive project/program management and leadership of environmental, cultural, and water resources projects/programs.

Requirements

• The duties of this position require travel up to approximately 15% of the time.
