Duties

Works under close supervision of the banquet supervisor or leader who provides specific instruction for task to be performed. Supervisor is consulted when difficult situations occur. Performance is observed while in progress to ensure compliance with instructions and established procedures. Performs other duties as assigned.

• Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
• A one year probationary period may be required.
• Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.

Qualifications

Must meet the state/local age requirement for serving alcoholic beverages (18) within 2 weeks of submitting application packet. Applicants must be able to follow simple oral and/or written instructions. No prior training or work experience is required. Working Conditions: Primarily indoors in areas that usually have adequate light and ventilation. Danger of slipping on wet or polished floors. May occasionally work outdoors during seasonal functions. This position is a Flexible (Flex) position and there are 0 guaranteed hours per week. Flex employees are not entitled to leave or benefits. There is no upper limit to the number of hours a flexible employee may work (subject to overtime obligations and work scheduling requirements).
