This position is located at the Butler Community Living Center. The purpose of the position is to receive and direct individuals who call or visit the facility in providing them with information concerning the organization, functions, activities, and personnel of the organization.

Duties
The major duties of the position include the following:
Providing information in person or on the telephone in response to inquiries concerning identification, location, and general responsibilities of the organization.
Maintaining the medical facility reception area, including up-to-date locator records, telephone directories, building floor-plans, organization pamphlets, and similar guides, records of visitors, inquiry tallies, directories of other government agencies that interface or otherwise work with the medical facility,
Issues identification badges to visitors as applicable.
Uses office automation equipment such as computers, modems, printers, copiers, and FAX machines and software.
Other duties as assigned.
Work Schedule: Days and Evenings, 10:00am to 8:30pm, Includes weekend and holiday rotation

Experience: Candidates are required to possess 6 months of general work experience.

Education: 1 year of education above High School Level

Note: A full year of work is considered to be 35-40 hours of work per week. Part-time experience will be credited on the basis of time actually spent in appropriate activities. Applicants wishing to receive credit for such experience must indicate clearly the nature of their duties and responsibilities in each position and the number of hours a week spent in such employment.
Physical Requirements: The work is primarily sedentary with long periods of sitting at a desk, working with computers daily. Some work may require walking in offices and similar areas for meetings. Work may also require walking and standing in conjunction with travel to and attendance at meetings and conferences away from the worksite. The work does not require any special physical effort.
