Duties
You will serve as a Industrial Property Management Specialist within the Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Division. The selected candidate for this position will primarily work in a collaborative partnership with the Coast Guard’s new Mission Support Organization, the United States Navy and any industry partners under contract to assigned cutter projects for the property management efforts associated with the design, production, and fielding of assigned cutter projects. The position is located on-site at PRO in Panama City, FL.

- DAWIA Level II Acquisition Certification in Industrial Property Management
- Must be able to obtain Contracting Officer's Representative Certification.
Qualifications
To qualify for the GS-13 grade level, applicants must possess one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to at the GS-12 grade level in the federal sector. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work.
Specialized experience includes;
Developing, implementing, administering, evaluating, monitoring, or coordinating programs, policies, regulations, and procedures concerned with the management, control, utilization or disposition of industrial property;
Evaluating business practices relating to the acquisition, maintenance, and preservation of property;
Interpreting Government sales policies, regulations, and methods, and applying contract clauses and Government procurement regulations.

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.The Office of Personnel management (OPM) must authorize employment offers made to current or former political appointees.
