You will serve as a PRODUCTION CONTROLLER in the PRODUCTION DIVISION of NAV FACILITIES ENGINEERING COMMAND SE.
Duties
You will use Microsoft Office products (e.g., Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, Visio) to develop reports and present to management.
You will maintain current material status records to prevent shortages, work delays, and work stoppages.
You will monitor production work in progress to ensure timelines are met.
You will prepare progress reports to determine and expedite production schedules.
You will ensure letters (e.g., appointment letters) are obtained and maintained.
You will ensure personnel are trained, including planning and scheduling training events.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-08) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector: 1) Planning and scheduling the production cycle for construction, repair, and renovation projects; 2) Monitoring production operations and coordinate with various interested parties for efficient and timely execution of a wide variety of public works projects; 3) Following progress of work, tracks and monitors the status and completion of work through Maximo; 4) Developing, preparing and reviewing reports, spreadsheets, and flowcharts for the use of production planning and control; and 5) Utilize business applications used in production control such as Maximo, Microsoft Office, MS Project and other data base systems for data entry and queries.
