Duties
The primary responsibility of this position is to provide support to management with budget formulation and execution within an assigned area of responsibility.

Qualifications
FV-G: To qualify for this position at the FV-G (FG/GS 10-11) level you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to FV-F, FG/GS-5-9. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. Specialized experience includes: experience planning, developing, monitoring, and executing a variety of administrative programs related to office procedures/guidelines and human capital activities.FV-H: To qualify for this position at the H-Band you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the FV-G, FG/GS-11 level. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. Specialized experience is: Experience in interpreting policies and procedures in the area of records management; ability to apply analytical techniques and evaluative methods pertaining to administrative functions; ability to monitor, track and identify discrepancies and recommend solutions involving organization administrative functions such as budget and procurement.This position may be filled at the FV-G or FV-H level. If filled at the FV-G level, this announcement does not constitute a commitment or an obligation on the part of management to promote the employee selected at some future date. Promotion will depend upon the selectee meeting all training, qualification requirements, and recommendation by the supervisor.
Education
Education substitution for FV-G: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree OR a combination of education and experience may be qualifying for this position. Education at the graduate level in an accredited college or university must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work.
