Duties
The incumbent will serve as an Administrative Specialist in the Sensor Science Division (SSD). In this capacity, the incumbent will coordinate and manage a wide range of administrative responsibilities which may include financial management, contract management, records management, and other general administrative activities consistent with programmatic objectives of NIST. Coordination and management will require communication across Physical Measurement Laboratory (PML), providing recommendations, the development, and implementation of policies and procedures; interaction with other NIST organizations, other federal agencies, and the public. The incumbent will also perform data analysis and is expected to provide findings and advice to PML leadership.

Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
Applicants must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-7 level (ZA-I at NIST) in the federal service. Specialized experience is defined as experience providing a variety of administrative support utilizing agency policies and procedures and experience analyzing financial and solvency data.
OR
Master's or equivalent graduate degree
OR
2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
OR
LL.B. or J.D., if related
OR
Equivalent combination of education and experience.
