THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION.
This National Guard position is for a SUPPLY TECHNICIAN-TITLE 32, Position Description Number PDD0915000 and is part of the KY AASF, National Guard.
Duties
As a SUPPLY TECHNICIAN-TITLE 32, GS-2005-7, you will be responsible for the DLR and CLIX repair/repairable items procurement and returns program. Forecast, justify, prepare, submit, and administer the annual DLR budget. Determine proper fund coding and prepare requisitions to acquire repair parts. Insure part availability, receive part, prepare Material Release Order (MRO), and forward part to maintenance shops. Recover damaged/unserviceable part, initiate turn-in procedure, prepare shipment, package and ship part. Maintain Document Control Register and ship-out log. Perform Property Book operations such as inventory, storage management, and equipment coordination. Maintain property book accountability utilizing a supply accounting system. Establish hand receipt files. Analyze supply transactions and provide customer service. Code and classify requisitions, shipping orders, and other documents. Determine stock replenishment levels for centrally controlled items. Assure that supplies and funds are not wasted through excess accumulation. Establish procedures for management of calibration, testing of TMDE, and monitor tool room operations. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
MINIMUM REQUIREMENT:
Experience with supply actions, requiring ability to decide course of action to take, considering the circumstances or conditions encountered. Experience using computer and automation systems.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:
Must have at least 12 months experience utilizing governing supply regulations, policies, procedures, and instructions. Experience conducting extensive searches for required information. Experience reconstructing records for complex supply transactions. Experience providing supply operations for storage management in special program areas, maintenance, and/or production shops. Experience performing routine aspects of supply work where assignments include individual case problems related to one of the major areas of supply management, such as inventory management, excess property, storage management, etc.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
