The Cyber Threat Intelligence Integration Center (CTIIC) is the DNI's Intelligence Community (IC) lead for cyber intelligence issues. CTIIC is responsible for integrating IC collection and analysis on cyber intelligence issues, and for coordinating and supporting the IC in providing accurate, timely, comprehensive support to national policy and decision makers.
Duties
Build comprehensive analytic understanding of significant cyber threats by independently identifying, researching, and assessing intelligence reporting.
Compile reporting and supplement with context and analysis to inform the IC and the broader US Government of cyber issues and trends.
Perform proactive community outreach and collaboration by planning and engaging in internal and external information sharing, fostering working relationships with interagency partners, and communicating timely and relevant intelligence information.
Research and produce intelligence products that incorporate all sources of information to set significant cyber threat reporting in context and highlight US response actions.
Lead, initiate, cultivate, and maintain productive working relationships with colleagues, experts, IC members, and law enforcement agencies as appropriate and use these relationships to keep abreast of current developments, resolve problems, eliminate duplication, and share information of interest.
Develop oral briefings and written reports for ODNI leadership and senior internal and external customers on cyber intelligence activities and/or threats.
Develop and continually expand personal knowledge of analytic tradecraft and cyber and technology issues.
Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements:
Ability to research, develop, and write high-quality analysis and briefings on key US foreign policy and national security objectives focused on a specific cyber, regional, or transnational issue for IC consumers and policymakers.
Strong critical thinking and oral and written communication skills.
Three or more years of experience preparing executive-level papers (such as PDBs, DIDs, WIRes, or white papers) and talking points for senior customers.
Strong interpersonal and creative problem-solving skills, including an ability to manage competing priorities, work effectively both independently and in a team or collaborative environment, and demonstrate initiative in carrying out mission responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to maintain and develop effective working relationships within the IC for exchanging information and promoting information-sharing practices across the ODNI and IC.
Good analytic and critical thinking skills, including the superior ability to identify inconsistencies and biases, study relevant perspectives, question key assumptions, remain open-minded, and change opinions based on new information and requirements.
Ability to brief counterparts and senior officials on current intelligence products, answer questions, and provide supporting information.
Ability to provide analytic assessments under tight timelines, adjust priorities, and change focus quickly as demands change.
Conduct and produce tactical, multidisciplinary, and strategic analysis that supports key US national security and foreign policy objectives and helps shape IC analysis and priorities.

Desired Requirements:
Previous experience working as an analyst covering cyber or regional issues.
College or graduate school degree is preferred. Ability to communicate technical findings to nontechnical customers.
