About the Position: US Army Medical Materiel Development Activity (USAMMDA) is the DoD's advanced medical materiel development activity for products designed to protect and preserve the lives of Service members.

Duties

Manage the activity's Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution System (PPBES) process. Extensive knowledge of PPBES process, schedule, actions, and requirements to integrate, promote, and defend medical Research, Development, and Acquisition (RDA) programs. Utilize Army systems such as PROBE database, Cloud Equipping (cQuiP) and GFEBS, as well as internal planning and financial systems. Participate in strategy development to produce regulatory support proposals for the total lifecycle of a medical research project. Apply fiscal and appropriations law as it pertains to formulation and execution of Research, Development, and Acquisition (RDA) program.
