You will serve as a MARINE MACHINERY MECHANIC LEADER in the Mechanical Shop (Code 930) Production Resources Department Manager (Code 901), Production Resources Department (Code 900) of NORFOLK NAVAL SHIPYARD.

Duties

You will demonstrate proper work methods and provide on the job training for subordinates. You will ensure safe work practices and good housekeeping while assuring resources are available. You will coordinate work while assuring proper inter-trade and inter-shop coordination.

Experience utilizing marine machinery mechanic systems and equipment. Experience demonstrating the use of operational theory, check-out procedures, and marine machinery mechanic work.
