You will serve as an IT SPECIALIST (SYSANALYSIS) of NAVSUP BUSINESS SYSTEMS CENTER OMN.
Duties
You will create or modify various functional or design documents such as financial, supply, acquisition and/or other government functional requirements.
You will plan and coordinate feasibility studies to determine practicality of requirements from an Information Technology (IT) standpoint.
You will research applicable regulations, standards and policies governing a variety of topics such as policy, system performance,
and processing conditions.
You will develop proposed design approaches and validates with customer and ensures design is consistent with
law, security and privacy regulations.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector applying advanced Information Technology (IT) principles, standards, and practices sufficient to provide expert technical advice and guidance on critical IT issues, as well as develop and interpret IT policies and guidelines. Examples of specialized experience include: 1) Ability to understand stakeholders, scope, deadlines, and mission; 2) Managing a team supporting IT naval supply chain products; 3) Ability to communicate to diverse audiences; 4) Meeting facilitator and presenter; and 5) Technical skills base level that includes: Azure Dev Ops, MS Teams facilitation, network, and software analysis and troubleshooting.6) Extensive knowledge working in at least one of following Navy procurement systems: Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) or Standard Procurement System (SPS).
