DON Pathways Internship Program
You will serve as a Student Trainee (Supply) in the Aviation Allowance and Outfitting Department, Fleet Allowance, Outfitting and Customer Operations Directorate of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT.

Duties
You will work with higher graded staff in support of office programs and activities to gain practical work experience that augments training in academic course of study.
You will assist in inventory management of stock levels to ensure a continuous supply pipeline.
You will assist with verifying quantities, account numbers, approvals and fund availability.
You will assist with researching and investigating new or improved business and management practices for application to agency programs or operations.
Requirements

Qualifications
For the GS-04 Grade Level:
To be eligible for the GS-2099-04, you must meet the following level of education requirement:
-You must have completed 2 full academic years of post-high school study or an associate's degree.
-You are eligible if you are currently accepted for enrollment or enrolled in an accredited college (including 4-year colleges/universities, community colleges, and junior colleges); professional, technical, vocational, and trade school; advanced degree programs; or other qualifying educational institution pursuing a qualifying degree or certificate.

This position may be non-competitively converted to a GS-2099-05, career ladder position after meeting all regulatory requirements (including qualification requirements), and upon the recommendation of management. Promotion is neither implied nor guaranteed.
